Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: April 21, 2025
1. Right to Cancel
Clients may cancel their use of the Outharm service at any time through the account portal.
2. Effect of Cancellation
- Cancellation halts future billing cycles.
- All moderation services used before cancellation will be invoiced as part of the final monthly bill.
- No refunds will be provided for usage during any portion of the billing cycle, even if unused credits or time remain.
3. Non-Payment Policy
- Invoices are due immediately upon issuance unless otherwise agreed.
- If an invoice is not paid within 14 days, the account will be suspended.
- While suspended, users will be blocked from initiating new moderation requests or creating new subscriptions.
- Full restoration of service requires payment of all outstanding invoices.
